We are excited to become the first importer in the US of Chef Francis Mallmann’s wine. The 2019 Disobedience Red Blend is a blend of 60% Malbec/30% Cab Sauv./ 10% Merlot. It is the perfect wine to pair with anything cooked on an open flame, Mallmann’s specialty.
